Access Floor System Used:
Installation of New Steel Cementitious Ultrafix stringerless system with a 9.0kN loading at a combined 120 and 500mm FFH, with S1/S2 and S5/S6 pedestals.

Project Features and Highlights:
The club refurbishment will allow for open planned flexibility for relocation of gaming equipment. There will be a combination of different floor requirements introduced for the installation of under floor air-conditioning to associated areas, in order to meet the current Green Star and Club requirements.
The floor being a 9.0kN panel will provide added strength for equipment to be moved freely without the requirement for added protection.
