The iconic Crown Casino is a landmark site located on the waterfront of the Southbank Promenade in the central business district. The Crown comprises of an entertainment and shopping complex as well as casino and hotel. The Crown has a total of 510,000m2 making it the largest casino complex in the southern hemisphere and one of the largest in the world. ASP supplied their patented and proprietary industrial grade casino flooring system throughout the gaming floor and atriums at multiple finish floor heights.

Project Features and Highlights:
Various floor finishes such as tiling, timber, vinyl and carpet were used which dictated multiple different set-downs in the access flooring.
In order to marry the floor against the curved façade of the building, our specially designed 800 x 600mm sized panels were used to achieve the vastness of the curve.
Due to the extensive amount of service equipment, traffic and loads the ASP proprietary casino flooring system was utilized in achieving a seamless uniform product that was capable of handling the dynamic loads experienced on a gaming floor as well as ensuring it’s longevity.
